Told You!! is not live yet. This site is a waitlist and a preview of a product in development. Nothing here is an offer to sell or buy anything, and features, dates (including the launch date) and availability may change or be cancelled at any time, without notice.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to take any position. Prediction markets and digital assets are risky: you can lose some or all of what you put in. Any future use of Told You!! is at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws where you live. The service may not be available in every country.
No affiliation
Told You!! is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Robinhood, or any creator whose content may appear on the platform. All trademarks belong to their owners. References to “Robinhood Chain” and “$FEED” describe the technology and token the product is built on or paired with, not a partnership or endorsement.
Blockchain and third-party services
Told You!! will rely on third-party networks and services (for example Robinhood Chain, wallets, and data providers for view counts). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their availability, errors, fees, delays or security. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to it or its data; no spam or fake sign-ups; nothing unlawful. We may block access for anyone who does.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Told You!! and its team, contributors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, digital assets or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be waived.
Indemnity
You agree to hold Told You!! harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms, especially when the full product launches (it will come with its own detailed terms). The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
